Pascal Husung has a German-Dutch Background. Internationality therefore came by birth.

In 2006 he founded the HUSUNG personnel and management consultancy.

He studied international law and economics at the University of Utrecht in the Netherlands.

Already during his studies he gained work experience in the area of business consulting. This at ECR (Euro Currency Research in Utrecht). Here he was point of contact for finance managers and treasurers in the DACH region.

Subsequently, he worked for SCE in Amsterdam and advised companies in the DACH region on investment issues in the stock market.

Based on this experience, the next step was in personnel consulting. Whereupon he worked for Michael Page Germany, placing finance positions.

To further expand his experience, he decided to switch to Kelly Services. Here he supervised the development of Permanent Recruitment in the Nordic countries.

Due to the bond with the Netherlands and Germany, he decided to work for the German-Dutch Chamber of Commerce to The Hague. Here he headed the legal and personnel consulting department.

Afterwards, he was head of the Dutch desk at the law firm Peters Rechtsanwälte.

His extensive experience in various consulting companies led him to found HUSUNG Human Resources and Management Consulting in 2006.

Since 2006, he also supports the German-Belgian-Luxembourg Chamber of Commerce as advisor.

He has been registered as a real estate Agent since 2018 in order to act as broker (commercial) real estate nationwide.

Stefan Ewen is our external specialist in real estate matters.

He works as an appraiser for property valuation and structural damage.

In 1995 he founded his real estate and

engineering office.

Stefan Ewen is a member of and lectures at the Federal Association of Independent Experts.

He specializes in the preparation of reports for private, commercial, industrial, legal and insurance purposes.
